Don’t want to wear white on your wedding day? I love photographing unique wedding gowns and accessories! Each bride is unique, and so her is dress! As a Chicago wedding photographer, I have the privilege to photograph amazing true love of all shapes and sizes. Some of my favorite weddings to photograph have been those with nontraditional, unique details that fit the couple perfectly — one-of-a-kind touches, handmade accessories and, of course, unique wedding gowns.
I am so lucky to photograph weddings in Chicago, the North Shore and around the country. I especially love to work with fun, funky couples that stay true to themselves, and recognize that sometimes, a nontraditional, unique wedding gown is perfect for the bride and for their wedding day.
Brides who decide to get married in unique wedding dresses are so inspiring, creative and fun. Often, these weddings are some of the most incredible events to document as a wedding photographer. With so many unique, stunning details, and such comfortable, honest attitudes among family and friends, I am able to find so many incredible moments to photograph on your wedding day.
I love to be the wedding photographer for celebrations with fun accessories, interesting details and unique wedding gowns. I’ve photographed unique wedding dresses of all shapes, sizes and colors — dresses with feathers, dresses with intricate beadwork, purple dresses, mint green dresses, yellow dresses — and have found that when a bride is comfortable in her unique wedding dress, she absolutely shines in photographs.
I love to photograph weddings — especially those weddings that are full of unique touches by the bride and groom. I photographed one of my favorite brides in a gorgeous yellow wedding dress at the Montauk Club in Brooklyn, NY. At Gallery 1028, Andrea got married in a beautiful, custom lilac wedding dress. And at Chicago’s A New Leaf, Jill walked down the aisle in an incredible feathered wedding gown.
I’ve photographed unique wedding gowns in some of the most gorgeous venues in Chicago and the North Shore, including Chicago Salvage One, Esplande Lake and destination weddings including Cancun Dreams Resort in Mexico. Such amazing venues make the special details of these weddings truly pop, and I love being the photographer at weddings with one-of-a-kind touches and unique wedding dresses.
